Entrants
To register a vehicle for Charleston Concours, fill out either of the applications below! Charleston Concours is the premier event of Charleston Car Week, an automotive celebration and festival. The event will feature 100s of automobiles, including classics, supercars, hypercars, vintage, prewar, and racing pedigree vehicles of all makes and backgrounds. Charleston Concours is separated into a Concours d'Elegance on Saturday with cars from all over the country and a Lowcountry Showcase on Sunday to feature vehicles from around the Lowcountry of South Carolina and surrounding areas. You may apply for both days if you so wish. Fill out an application to see if your vehicle is selected for one of our classes! If selected, be prepared for a weekend full of events, including a pre-concours exhibitors gala and a driving tour of the Charleston area! More details will be released closer to the Charleston Concours weekend. These additional events are not required, but will make your weekend even more special.

The showcase of the Charleston Concours is Rolling Through the Decades. We will be featuring pinnacle vehicles from each decade to display the history of the automobile.

Notice: Marque classes will be announced once a certain number of vehicles have entered in the class. As confirmations of entrants rises, more specific classes may be designated in the decades to adjust for the variety of vehicles entered.

The Sunday event will feature an array of the best vehicles from around the Lowcountry of South Carolina and surrounding areas.

Rules and Notices Regarding Vehicle Entry
Organizers of Charleston Concours will accept or deny vehicles based on the standard of Charleston Concours and classes of the year. We encourage anyone to enter that has any interest in displaying a vehicle for Concours. You are allowed to apply for entry with as many vehicles as you want; we will let you know what vehicles have been accepted, and you may be allowed to bring more than one vehicle. We reserve the right to modify classes as needed based on entrees whether combining or adding classes based on vehicles entered, we will contact you in the instance that may happen. We may also contact you if we notice that the other day you did not apply for will work better for the vehicle you entered based on the criteria of the day.
Transport Vehicle Parking will be sent to you a month prior to the event day.
Details for entering the show field will be sent to you in an email once your final registration and $40 registration fee and $10 for additional vehicles (if applicable) has been accepted, your fee includes 2 exhibitor tickets for a driver and passenger, food and drinks, an information display with vehicle, and more information will be sent to you when you are accepted.
If you are applying to display the same vehicle for both days you will not need to pay a separate registration fee for the same vehicle if accepted.
All vehicles must be in place by 9 AM and may not move until 5 PM unless directed or allowed by event staff.
You will receive a notification when your vehicle is about to be judged and you must be by your vehicle during judging.
All exhibitors will have access to our Exhibitor/VIP area where catered food and drinks are served.
All exhibitors must bring a working fire extinguisher and wheel chock for safety.
Dressing up to the time of your vehicle is not required but encouraged.
No pets are allowed.
Judging is not required but vehicles to be judged will receive priority.
